Well I decided to pull my engine and send it back to Arctic cat. I was reading the manual and thought maybe I should let the pro's do it.

Are you still having trouble with hard steering?

Could you tell me what they find so I could check mine. I live in a rural area and the only way to get it to a dealer is fly it out and back, which would cost about $3000. Also what is your light setup on your machine and how much was it? Did you have to put on a bigger alternater? I like the way it looks and would like to do the same to mine.

not yet I, the only thing I know is it seems to have a weak spark, maybe the oil coming out of the water pump might be pooling down in the cdi unit just a guess, I'm going to drop it off and let the dealer deal with it for now

Shawn did you ever find out about your enginge only firing on one cylinder at start up. Mine started to do that and sometimes it will crank forever before it starts. I pulled the plugs and checked them for coolant but there wasn't any sign of it on them. I asked the dealer and they said I might need to run injector cleaner in the system. I have not done that yet, but I never had this problem with any of my other arctic cats.
