Been picking away at the old buggy.
So far I have tossed the turf saver in the woods. Installed the spool from an 06 650h1. Removed the sloppy tilt steering knuckle and fired it in the woods. Installed the straight shaft steering from the 06 650. Removed park brake pedal assembly and chucked it. Installed the park brake from the 06 650( its twice as robust and feels better). Added a second battery, dust screen on the rear, the usual lights, 4500lb winch with cordless remote. Bluetooth radio. Built a plow bracket under the front box hitch.
We really enjoy this old rig
Sucks that covid had the trails closed down for so long.
