Hey fellow forum friends. I am new to the arctic cat world via a 2006 prowler. There is a video on YouTube that I'm not smart enough to link on here (I'll try). But if I don't succeed, it's Titled "2007 arctic cat 650 h1 clutch noise". My Prowler does the same thing. The guy told me that it is "the shim between the 2 secondary sheaves" nothing to worry about..... Ummmm is this a normal rattle? Cause it is LOUD!!! Can I fix this "shim"? I have the clutch off and not sure where to look?

metal in the oil... aaarrgh.

Well I looked into the clutches further and went back to the wet clutch only to find good sizes of metal all in the oil... so different discussion from here on out.
Any suggestions on how to have it rebuilt?? replaced?? It was running great and just had a good noise coming from the case. Maybe a cog on the trans blew up?...

I would buy a new motor with all tha latest updates in it bevel gears oil pump
Drive gear etc if it were me, thats what I did.
