hi everyone, I just bought a 2006 prowler 650 that has been giving me endless troubles. I just put a new battery in and when I hooked it up I reversed polarity and burnt out 3 fuses (I felt like a complete idiot for not paying better attention) anyway know when I start it up engine speeds up to around 3000 rpm and adjusting knob won't adjust it down at all. I would appreciate any help you could give me. thank you
