When riding out our driveway code P0119 starts flashing and noticed a faint burn smell. Checked coolant, ETC sensor, Radiator and fan for debris. Did notice that it looks like the black on the wiring harness looks like has melted some. From what we can tell wiring looks ok. Any thoughts on what might be causing our problem?

Coolant sensor. Check and make sure all air is bled out of the cooling system. Could be overheating. Download a free service manual at Country Cat for all codes. Look on the web for AC code P0119, many videos available on You Tube.

Thanks! We did an oil change, air filter change, unhooked battery cable and reattached . Code has gone away and seems to be running fine! Air filters were very dirty as we are on a gravel road. Will def change them more often

These things suck up a lot of dirt! Some model Prowlers have a pre-filter that really helps on the main filter.
