Fan circuit for adding the override switch should be easy! Two wires on the temp sensor, one is power from the ECM, and the other is a ground from the ECM. Add a switch to ground on the ground wire to the ECM. Splice a wire to a switch, and then to ground and it should work for you! It will allow you to trigger the relay.
Maybe i'm over thinking this but if you control the ground what controls the power?
