I have a 2008 650 and like so many others the pin in my front end broke and blew out my front gear box. I live in Alaska and it isn’t cheap so I ordered a new one on line and replaced it myself. Now my problem, I can’t get the right axle all the way in, I took it apart and retried following the repair manual exactly and it still doesn’t go in all the way. Anyone have any suggestions?
