Do I play too ruff with the cat???

am I the only one here breakin stuff?

:racer: Am I the only one bending sh*# up here? broke the kitty good this weekend:bawling:. it moved the upper and lower A arm back about 1/2" broke the little tie rod and twisted all the A arm mounts. I guess my only option now is to replace the frame and maybe add some gussets to the new one. no fun at all driving off trail 16 in coal creek with only one wheel to steer, but all is well I will ride again.

So what happened? How fast were you going and what did you hit?

not very fast I was climbing a hill and just hit a rock just right I guess. I'll post a vid of the destruction.

Dont feel bad, I bent and broke most of all the stuff the others have talked about. I would love to know how common it is, I have not misteated it, no jumps etc and I havent heard any of my Rhino buddies having the same trouble. Does any one know if the factory will help?

I have drove in some pretty rough stuff but I am always following some other brand either a Rhino or a Teryx and I have vidio of the death lick on my fron end and it's just not a hard hit, AC should be ashamed to sell something they claim to be king of the hill if it is so weak, yeah it's a bad ass motor unless the heads blow off it or it runs hot I am truly dissapointed in my $20,000 investment. maybe after spending $2500 in a fab shop it will at least stay together.

I bought mine 2 days ago. Insurance on a 650 XT from progressive is $164 per year with a $500 deductable.

ya i hear ya have 92 km on mine and so far blew tire off rim back fender fell off and front outter tie rod arm bent not to mention numerous loose nuts and bolts!! Great motor just need somthing around it!!?? Dealer offering to ORDER me stronger parts for a price LMFAO

Post pics. Were you at coal creek in W.V. if so Ive been there it is a rocky trail. I rode the hole thing as fast as I could with 2-Teryxs 2-RZRs and 1-Rino trying to keep up. No parts failed.

take the axles out remove the dust guard reinstall the axles i had the same problem on my 650h1 and on my xtz
