Hey men. Well, I'm about thru my first hunting season on an AC ('09,550). Must say I'm not real disappointed with the machine. Same problems (brake rattle (BAD), cab noise, hell of a whine in the rear at hi-speed, etc) as all you guys.

One thing I'm working on is the heat generated by the engine under the engine cover. I want to convert that heat to the passenger area. Maybe a 12v (or two) fan under the cover (with vents) that blow toward the front. It has been cold in N. Alabama and all that heat is just going to waste. Anyone tried this??

heat

There use do be someone selling a fan that was reversable, so you could blow out the hot air in winter and blow it in on the motor during the summer. Great idea, dont remember who was selling it though.
Maybe Hunterworks.
