started on steep hills when slipping started so put new belt on and still slips and makes noise when i gun on it are go up hill. what would be my next option? :wtf1:

try low range and see what happens, did you sand down the clutches to remove the belt glaze before you put on the new belt ?

no i did not sand nothing. just started last weekend at river run mud park new belt still slips but makes a bad noise like its slipping then catching until im up the hill or the rpm are down. i think its a turf saver rear diff in 09 not sure will have to read on this. but for sure need to fix it the cheapest way

did they put a turf saver diff in the 1000's

If it is a snapping noise then it is the Spike Load Dampener in the rear end and no they did not put a turf-saver in the 1000 it is a fill locked spool.
