I made my own setup using a plastic intake tube which will not transfer heat from the motor as much as aluminum does and a K&N filter. It easily has 3 times the flow compared to the stock setup!! I also fabbed up an aluminum support strap to stabilize it and another strap for the crankcase breather. I used a K&N vent filter for the crankcase breather. Both have K&N prefilters on them and as you can see in the pics below I utilized the stock air sensor. It took some time but it works GREAT and looks AWESOME. I would like to mass produce them because nobody is selling a kit for the XTZ. Let me know if you're interested. I'd consider making more for $300.

Not bad, just a question I think the position of the cone would be prone to heat soak?
