Hello everyone! Recently got a 2008 Prowler 650XL and after my first visit to a park, broke one of the rear axles and a shock! Good times... ? anyways I have a question as the battery went dead and left me stranded. Any upgrades on the charging sys? Can a I use an automotive battery?

Welcome to the forum, hope we can help! Automotive batteries will work, just is a challenge to find a place to fit one! I've seen them placed in the underhood storage area, bed, where ever they can secure one! Prowlers like most UTV's come with a limited electrical system. Most small batteries are in the 350-400 CCA area.
