My 2010 700 XTX drives fine, even loaded, but when stopped and idling for a few minutes it overheats, overheat light comes on and it stalls. Anyone know what causes this and how to fix it?

Here's a screen shot of a service manual with some things to check, also I've read where some had to "burp" the system to get air out that was trapped in the engine and then they were able to add more coolant. I've read two ways to do this, one was to loosen one of the highest clamps in the coolant system (I'll have to look up which one they used) then start the engine and some air should escape. The other was to park it on a steep incline nose up, loosen or remove the radiator cap and let it run for a while.
