I have had XTZ 1000 for just over a month and put just over 400mi on it. Went to pismo this week and it started overheating on every ride. Coolant level was always good (I had to add coolant after overheating) and was running car at moderate pace. I removed skid plate and engine cover as I thougt it could be an airflow issue. It did not help. Anyone got any ideas or encountered similar issue?

no clue .... id check to make surethe fan is comin on then open the radiator cap and push the gas to make sure fluid is moving.. then try bleeding the air out of the motor with the bleed screw on the water pump and if that dont work take it to the dealer

Mine runs 180 190 driving down the road at 55 60 mph I not sure how hot it will get driving it hard as I just put the gauge in

Thanks Johnny. Ill give that a try.
By the way I just put on my UTV Crap 1/4 black doors. They are sweet. They fit perfect any really follow the lines of the car well. Look better than any other 1/4 door out there.Great product.
