My 2009 1000 prowler has a very bad "rattle" at certain acceleration ranges. It sounds like it's something loose that's starts rattling between the engine and front end under the floor. Any ideas before I start tearing this thing apart?

I'd guess oneway bearing, they do make a lot of noise. You can eliminate it and the only thing you will notice is a slight loss of engine braking. AC put a notice out on them that instructed that they be removed if you plan on hauling/towing heavy loads.

Checked parking brake, mine has full length plastic covering underbody. Hanging off side it sounds like front ujoint area. Only does it at 15-20 mph. Ujoint is not loose.
