I hace a 2007 650 prowler that I am installing a 2008 700 engine in. so far everything has swapped out pretty easy. the only thing im having problems with so far is the stator wiring. the 650 had 2-4 wire plugs while the 700 has 1-4 wire plug and 1-2 wire plug. has anyone done thid swap before that can give advice?

Sounds like a great swap! Not familiar with the stator wiring, but will try and find out! Would the 650 stator fit the 700?

I think it will. I looked last night and it seems that the color code is the same leaving only 2 wires unaccounted for. I will check diagram to see what they go to
