screw a block of wood under the throttle pedal.

Just to the right of the steering wheel, there is a rotational switch that uses an insertional device to enable, by rotating this device counter-clockwise, you can limit the speed drastically...

There is also another pedal to the left of the throttle pedal. Not sure what its purpose is but it seems to work pretty well.

your purse or you balls! they should be small enough to fit under there! hahaha! j/k but i was serious about the block of wood thing though. you could make a throttle limiter for the throttle body or use block of wood bolted under the gas pedal. only problem with the block of wood is that everyone who sees it will be looking for the chick that drives it.
