we had bought a Baileigh 175 tube bender about 6 months ago and the thing has worked flawless so I they were my first choice when needing to upgrade other tools

anyhow sorry we have been so busy I didnt have time to tell you what the deal was ... yesterday our new shear showed up it will cut 60" wide 10gage steel our old on only cut 16 gage 48" inch wide so this thing will help out alot on sheet metal roof we had to cut by hand before and now we cun cut custom gussets and tabs ect if we need to..
The SH-6010 hydraulic shear has a 60" wide cutting capacity to accommodate most sheet metal applications. This hydraulic shears upper carriage is heavily built to minimize any deformation and the upper and lower blades have multiple shearing edges, both extend blade life. The operator has the controls to jog the upper carriage, produce one cut with one foot pedal push, or remain in an auto mode by holding the foot pedal down. Hold downs clamp the sheet solidly to the in feed table so the material doesn't lift when being sheared.

is our new Brake it will handle 12 gage 72" wide as or old one was 16gage 48" wide so when we wanted to bend the little 1" lip on the front of the Prowler or Big Red roof we had to leave the shop and borrow a buddy machine to do it ...

The BB-7212 sheet metal bending brake is a 72" box and pan style brake that can be used as a straight brake or can be configured to make up to 6" deep pans utilizing a combination of 17 varying sized hardened fingers. his sheet metal tool is built very heavy weighing in at almost 2500 lbs and can easily bend up to 12 gauge thick mild steel or 16 gauge stainless steel. The apron is rigidly supported by a heavy duty truss rod system that eliminates any deflection throughout the span of the apron within the guaranteed capacity.
