whats the best windshield to buy?
leaning towards the hunter works vented

Do you want a windshield that folds down or is semi-permanent? Side by side motorsports has one that folds down called the quadboss, I believe. That's the windshield I'll be purchasing this fall. Hope this helps.

not sure what i want. looked at the quadboss don't think i would like the windshield laying on the hood.

When the quadboss is folded down, it doesn't actually lay on the hood per se. It actually rests in rubber mounts attached to the hood. It does however require drilling holes into the hood for mounting of the rubber pieces. Just a thought, I originally wanted a permanent windshield but realized that I might want to ride with it down on occasion after seeing my buddies with folding windshields on their rhinos. I have the AC half and love it keeps the dirt & stuff out of your face and you can wear a ball cap. Not sure about rain, I'm in Az
